Patch attached to bug report #5077 by Ewan Davies which fixes argh/food generation on larger LCDs. His patch also brings up-to-date and includes Tom Evans' patch #1510 to start Wormlet with a menu for adjusting almost everything about the game (argh size, number, food size, number, growth rate, worm speed...).
