Ensure that the buffer doesn't get out of sync on rebuffer track changes. Remove the concept of pcmuf_boost_mode as it doesn't seem necessary, and adds an unnecessary way for the CPU to stay boosted. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@9646 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
