Fix FS#12179 - Simulator build fails when using "configure --sdl-threads". HAVE_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING checks were missing to exclude priority calls when building without priority. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@30124 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
