Introduce SPLITHTML to control the splitting of the html manual. Set SPLITHTML=1 for single file output, 2 (default) for splitting on chapters and 3 for even more. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@10310 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
