Implement USB VID / PID retrieval using IOKit on OS X. Instead of using libusb as wrapper query the USB IDs via IOKit. Since libusb is only used for that this means that it's no longer necessary on OS X. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@28001 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
