Integrate FS#11445 to raac. In addition remove faad specific pcm conversion and use rockbox' optimized dsp routines. On a 192kbps file and PP5022 the decoding speeds up by 17%. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@27319 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
