Link libstdc++ and libgcc statically. Since the current MinGW version behaves differently here explicitly link libstdc++ and libgcc statically. Avoids dependency to those DLLs. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@28152 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
