Change the Mac OS X rules to compile a static binary. Also add a README file with a brief description of e200rpatcher and some build instructions. We still need a Windows developer to make this work there... git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@14671 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
