Moved the Ogg zero-length check to a better place. Also fixed so that really short files (< 1s) doesn't trigger the same problem. Applied the fixes on most other susceptible formats. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@11387 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
