Gigabeat S: Renovate bootloader a bit to show splash, implement verbose, shutdown on low battery, handle hold-switch-on and wait only so long for USB if a USB charger is inserted at boot instead of being connected to a host. 'Bootloader USB mode' display is just part of normal printf stream now.
