Disable shutting down with the charger connected on the gigabeat s since it doesn't charge while powered off. Ideally we should implement a mode where it charges untill the battery is full and then powers off. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@26012 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
