Restore the 'read_disk' flag for settings_apply that was removed in r24922. It is still needed to prevent uncessary disk I/O for fonts etc. Should fix FS#11071 (I haven't tested it on a HD-based player). git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@25042 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
