Fixed the crossfade setting: Resuming stopped playback automatically when changing values, setting crossfade amount correctly and pcm drivers should not be re-initialized. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@7214 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
