Patch #4829 from Fredrik Öhrn - Coldfire assembler blit_display() function for H300 and move the palette data into IRAM. Each of these gives about a 1fps speed improvement. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@9038 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
