Give pcm-coldfire.c a much needed shakedown. Fixes FS#9378 - metronome freezes (works for me now on X5 and H120 after running it at 400bpm for an hour or so). The reason seems to have been DMA_INT in DCR should also be cleared when forcing a channel stop.
