Get rid of tdspeed_enabled in struct dsp_config and use the global_settings member instead. That one needs to be checked in tdspeed_init() as well, else the buffers are always allocated. git-svn-id: svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/trunk@21305 a1c6a512-1295-4272-9138-f99709370657
