FS#6675: Add lcd_yuv_blit() for the Sansa. Thanks to Rene Peinthor. This makes mpegplayer run on the Sansa. Button detection in mpegplayer doesn't work because it is done in the audio thread and that thread locks up because we don't have audio support yet.
